Patch merged into serialice/master: d9643f5 Port to lua 5.3

the following patch was just integrated into master:

Port to lua 5.3

It uses integers natively and removes the bit32 library.
    The intsize patch is no longer needed.

Tested on a Thinkpad X60 and X61 (not yet merged, Change-Id:
    I105c69ae53b3735fd60e7461f8f64078e8fef15c)
