[SerialICE] Patch merged into serialice/master: 8551bc9 Add config option for LPC/PCI POST card

the following patch was just integrated into master:

Add config option for LPC/PCI POST card

It turns out that first works POST card than serial port.
    Make it a nice Kconfig option and convert #if 0 existing
    code to use it.
