Looks like it should work:
cpu/ppc/ppcboot.fth has some references:
[ifdef] uboot-entry
...

Also there is an utility to create U-Boot-format images:
cpu/ppc/olpc/fwuboot.bth

Note that for PPC-based platforms it's a bit easier as there is a
cross-platform wrapper ppcforth,
so you don't have to mess with qemu user mode emulation.
