[flashrom] Dediprogress (was: Re: dediprog: Use command 0x0B only on older SF100s)

It's been a while since we've updated this thread, but that doesn't mean
all has been quiet!

Both upstream and chromium flashroms have new protocol and SF600 support
merged. They are both reasonably fast with the SF600, though the slower
SF100 benefits significantly from some extra optimizations we've added in
the Chromium branch (unbounded reads, ID caching, programmer paranoia).

Next up: 4-byte address support.
