[SeaBIOS] [PATCH v2 0/3] Add support for TPM Physical Presence interface

The following 3 patches add support for the TPM's Physical Presence
interface (PPI). The patches require the recently posted QEMU patch
for support of PPI (PATCH v2):

We assume a device at 0xfffe f000 - 0xfffe f3ff where the OS can write
a code into that SeaBIOS needs to find and act upon after a reboot.
