[SeaBIOS] How to boot USB 3.0 devices with SeaBIOS

Hi!

I've also recognized, that if the device is connected at boot time,
afterwards I can't mount anything with this port. If it isn't connected,
than it works normally.

Maybe it's faulty. I'm not sure.
