[SeaBIOS] Seabios stops booting when pressing esc at wrong time

SeaBIOS doesn't check for ESC after the prompt expires.  After
"Booting from Hard Disk..." the OS (and/or bootloader) is executed -
it sounds like that software is confused by the ESC key.
