IANAL but my understanding would be that if we distributed GPLv3 code in 
this manner then we'd effectively be "upgrading" OpenBIOS from GPLv2 to 
GPLv3. I'm worried that if we did that then it would affect how images 
are distributed with QEMU, packaging etc.
