[flashrom] flashrom v0.9.9-r1955 FAILS ON sst25lf080(a) with ch341a_spi

It looks like the WP# pin on the flash chip is not connected to VCC.  That
is preventing flashrom from disabling the Block Protect 0 and 1 (BP0, BP1)
bits in the status register.  You can reference
http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/25080A.pdf if you need to.
