[flashrom] New SPI NOR Flash product Support

Hi Victor,

your best bet is probably Stefan Tauner who is the flashrom release
engineer and de facto maintainer right now. He knows best how to make
sure your products are supported in flashrom. Other people may be
interested in helping out as well.
