You seem to be missing dmidecode.exe, get it from
http://assembler.cz/flashrom/dmidecode.exe

The alternative is to run flashrom from any live-CD/USB Linux
distribution. Ubuntu Quantal/Raring and Debian testing/unstable can
install flashrom-0.9.6.1
