Hello Андрей!

Your board needs a small piece of code that disables the write
protection pin of the flash chip. In flashrom this is called a board
enable (see http://flashrom.org/Board_Enable for more details).

Please try attached patch and report back. If it does *not* work, please
send the "flashrom -V -w <file>" output and also the output of lspci -nnvvvxxx (run as
root), thanks.
