[flashrom] Big problem after flash of SST SST25VF016B on HP Compaq 615

Don't worry, we can fix that up, I think.

That seems to indicate a boot block lock on that chip. The last 256KB of
the chip could not be erased, but the first 1.75MB are erased now.

Reflash the old BIOS after disabling the check for successful erase.
Delete the "return -1" line at spi.c, line 1008.
