[coreboot] PC Engines apu2 platform – PSP support?

Hello Christian,

You are right, mentioned SoC is supporting PSP, however we are not using
it. We were not reached by any urge needs to enable it on apu2 series
platforms on the fork repository [0]. Do You have any special needs if I
may ask?

I am also adding Piotr Król on CC as he is also PC Engines platforms
maintainer.
