[coreboot] REG : GOP Driver

with Intel iGPUs and using Tianocore UEFI payload, Linux is fine regardless
if the display is initialized or not by GOP driver.  Windows is fine as
long as valid VBT data has been loaded into the Intel ACPI OpRegion, and
the OpRegion is valid/has been fully populated.
