[coreboot] REG : GOP Driver

All,

I have query regarding GOP driver in UEFI.  Here is query details.

If BIOS don't load UEFI GOP driver for  GPU and system boots into OS.
Will latest windows /linux OS will be up with display or the display will
be blank out.
