[coreboot] Crowdfunding Status for KGPE-D16 BMC Port Offer

After campaign close, we have funded three of the four stretch goals!
In addition to providing the base BMC port, we will be adding support
for the KGPE-D16 BMC to Flashrom, adding support for the IPMI remote
serial console, and enabling BMC-based hardware thermal management.

Pledges are currently being collected and work will start after pledge
collection has been completed.  Thank you all for your support and we
hope to be able to make the KGPE-D16 a worthy addition to any security
and freedom conscious datacenter!
