[coreboot] Crowdfunding Status for KGPE-D16 BMC Port Offer

A brief update on the funding status of the BMC port for the KGPE-D16:

As of today we have reached around 89% of the needed community support,
and around 95% of the total base goal!  To see if some of the stretch
goals may be of interest to the larger community, we have extended the
campaign one time only to end on March 10, but will start work on the
base goal as soon as the base funding level has been reached.
