[coreboot] [announce] flashrom 1.0-rc2

Hey folks,

we've just tagged a release candidate for flashrom-1.0. It seems very
stable; though, testing of this specific revision was rather limited
[1]. So please test! especially if you use a rare setup (e.g. non-Linux
/ non-x86).
