[coreboot] Gerrit cleanup: Abandoning patches older than 18 months

I've just completed another round of gerrit cleanup, abandoning a bunch of
patches that are older than 18 months.  Here's a link to what was just
abandoned:

I plan to do this again in another month, abandoning any patches found by

Some of these patches might still be valuable, so please feel free to pick
up any abandoned patches that you want to work on to try to integrate.
