[coreboot] Query to release the code for new board

Hi Team

I would like to know how process of releasing code for new board works in coreboot community?

For example, when BayleyBay CRB or Minnowboard Max was release, is it only code changes released, mainly related to Mainboard.

How TXE and Descriptor.bin for these openly available boards are shared with community?
