[coreboot] [ANNOUNCEMENT] Removal of NVIDIA Tegra T132 devices

Dear coreboot folks,


this is just a notification, that the development boards google/rush
[1] and google/rush_ruy [2] using the NVIDIA Tegra T132 chipset are
going to be removed, as these development boards are not available
anymore, and never made it into a product.

The chipset code is also removed, as there are no users left [3].
