[coreboot] i855GM on laptop - possible or not?

Thanks, I`ve already ordered PLCC extractor and programmer for this
purpose, PLCC bed is not designed for in-scheme clip reprogramming
anyway. EC looks like not a big deal, though it should implement some
unique bits like HDD heater setting.
