[coreboot] Jenkins: Build test all programs under `utils` too

Not all directories in util/ have a makefile.

Is it interesting to integrate building util/ and payloads/ into abuild,
or should this be an extra script? My first idea was to keep abuild from
bloating, but I haven't really looked into how hard it is to produce
junit files.
