A lot has changed since v0.3.0 - please retry with the latest from
git:

git clone git://git.linuxtogo.org/home/kevin/seabios.git

I can't think of any major fixes since v0.3.0, but it is worth trying.

Do you know if your ACPI table is correct?  Windows seems to be a lot
more picky about ACPI then Linux.
