WIP: mb/google/poppy/Kconfig: add DMIC generic driver dependency

DMIC generic driver is needed for passing config params.
This can be used for all variants of poppy. So, adding
dependency to BOARD_GOOGLE_BASEBOARD_POPPY

TEST=Build and make sure DUT boots
