Patch Set 4:

This code assumes x86 platforms, but it should not.
I don't see why it's a driver, it should be moved to generic PCI code in src/device/pci_*.c
I don't see the ramstage part to be useful.
Please put the documentation into Documentation/ folder, we don't use inline Readmes yet.
