    Only show CACHE_RELOCATED_RAMSTAGE_OUTSIDE_CBMEM option when implemented
    
    This also selects RELOCATABLE_RAMSTAGE and
    CACHE_RELOCATABLE_RAMSTAGE_OUTSIDE_CBMEM by default on Haswell.
