    soc/intel/skylake: Use SendVrMbxCmd1 for FSP 2.0
    
    In FSP 2.0 the UPD to send extra VR Mailbox commands is switched from
    SendVrMbxCmd to SendVrMbxCmd1. Use the same in silicon initialization.
