    intel/skylake: Add elog event for THERMTRIP
    
    The THERMTRIP status bit is in GBLRST_CAUSE instead of
    GEN_PMCON like the EDSv1 indicates.  Read this status bit
    and add an elog event if THERMTRIP has fired.
