    Braswell: Remove GOP from normal boot mode.
    
    Removing GOP initialization in normal mode since we don't need to
    show splash screen in normal mode. GOP will get initialized in dev
    and recovery mode.

    TEST=Splash screen will come only in dev or recovery mode.
