[SeaBIOS] [PATCH 1/3] vgabios: Add config option for assembler fixups

Add a kconfig build option (CONFIG_VGA_FIXUP_ASM) to allow users to
build the vgabios without the complex assembler fixups that work
around emulator bugs.
