Install and boot tested with i440fx machine:
 * Windows 7 ultimate x32
 * Windows server 2008 r2 x64
 * Windows Vista x32
 * Windows server 2012 x64

Following OSes install/boot with 64-bit PCI hole hidden using
 -global i440FX-pcihost.pci-hole64-size=0

 * Windows server 2003 x32|x64
 * Windows server 2003 R2 x32|x64
 * Windows XP x32|x64
