Oops.  This is because CONFIG_DEBUG_IO looks at PlatformRunningOn
(with certain config options) and the vgabios doesn't include the C
file that defines the variable.  I'll fix it up.  For now, just don't
build the vgabios with CONFIG_CSM set.
