Pretty close:  It isn't tested on real hardware, thats why the
restriction to qemu.  We had that for other drivers too: ahci started as
qemu-supported too, after testing+fixing on real hardware it got enabled
for everybody.  Given the age of real lsi hardware it is unlikely
anybody ever wants to use it on !qemu though ...
