[SeaBIOS] [Qemu-devel][PATCH 0/6] change acpi numa info format passed from qemu to seabios

orginally, numa info was packed into an array
of 64-bit data which was implicit and hard to
maintain, so we define a struct for these info,
hope to be as clear as enough.

these changes also involved seabios paches 
which was sent to seabios mail-list.
