Probably a key in the  [FW_CFG_FILE_FIRST, FW_CFG_FILE_FIRST +
FW_CFG_FILE_SLOTS - 1] range, with an associated entry (name) in the
FWCfgFiles array (FW_CFG_FILE_DIR).
