[SeaBIOS] [PATCH 2/2] acpi: Add IPMI name space information

Take the IPMI firmware information and add an ACPI device entry
in the DSDT table.

As part of this, add some basic structure to create the ACPI device
entries without having to compile them.  The elements required for
IPMI are added.
