[SeaBIOS] [PATCH 3/6] vgabios: vbe 15h func returns constructed EDID

    The Bochs VGA ROM now return an information
    about a recent WIDE monitor.

    It is constructed from defitions at run time.

    Returning an EDID with decent timings may be necessary
    in case we want to use a resolution
    superior to 1024x768 with Xorg.
