The goal here is to have this work on any MegaRAID SAS HBA, as they 
only differ in the low-level interface.
IE only the 'outl' line in megasas_fire_cmd needs to be modified, 
the rest is pretty much the same.

Hence I've omitted the dependency on Qemu, as this should work on 
any MegaRAID SAS HBA.

I'll be updating the patch to include all PCI-IDs, and put in the 
correct low-level functions.
