[SeaBIOS] EHCI driver on Nvidia hardware

Hi,

I've been trying to use a flash drive on a nforce4 board that runs
SeaBIOS.  It doesn't work very well, it often fails with a timeout
in ehci_wait_qh() before even detecting the device.
