[SeaBIOS] [PATCH 0/3] USB mouse support

This patch set adds support for USB mice.

There is a bug in qemu's USB mouse support that prevents this from
working on qemu.  Otherwise, it runs fine.  I'll send a separate patch
with a fix for qemu.

I've also tested this on my epia-cn machine with coreboot.
