That's a good question.  SeaBIOS has support for USB devices, but I
don't know what supporting a braille device would entail.

SeaBIOS doesn't write much to the screen - just the welcome banner and
the boot menu - though I imagine it would be useful if someone wanted
to select a different boot device.
