There is no such list.

Systems change so rapidly that it is rarely (almost never) worthwhile to
port Open Firmware to a board after it has already started shipping.
Usually, when a board has Open Firmware, the board vendor did it.

The current list of systems with Open Firmware that I know of includes:

One Laptop Per Child XO-1 (AMD Geode x86 processor)
One Laptop Per Child XO-1.5 (Via C7/VX855 x86)
One Laptop Per Child XO-1.75 (Marvell MMP2 ARM) (in development)
DAVE Srl Neptune (AMD Geode x86)
DAVE Srl Guru (Intel Atom x86)

The Open Firmware open source repository includes demonstration ports for:

* Generic "BIOS-loaded" PC port - you put OFW on a USB stick and boot it
from the existing x86 BIOS
* some boards based on OMAP ARM processors, including BeagleBoard.
* MIPS QEMU

There may be some Open Firmware PowerPC systems from other vendors.
