[OpenBIOS] [PATCH] ppc: [HACK] add some RTAS properties to make Mac OS 8.5 try to boot

Just for entertainment value; with this applied, 8.5 will successfully
get all the way to beyond quiesce(). I didn't think about whether this
actually makes any sense at all (presumably not), beware.
