While I've dropped patch 1 in favour of the revised strnlen() version
posted over the weekend, the remainder of the patches all apply with no
regressions on any of my PPC images so I've committed them to trunk.

[Note for others interested in testing the OS 9 patches: as a temporary
measure you also need a patch such as the one at
http://www.openfirmware.info/pipermail/openbios/2015-June/008722.html in
order to successfully execute the Forth boot script. The proper fix
requires more work.]
