Here's another more detailed comparison of the Kihei and Sawtooth boards 
corresponding to these model IDs:

It also shows they are almost identical so I think it's safe to make this 
change unless you know about a specific OS which supports PowerMac2,1 but 
not 3,1. I only know about the opposite with MorphOS.
