Which OSs in particular? These two models are from the same era and quite 
similar to each other. See here:

QEMU emulates a G4 CPU for which PowerMac3,1 is a better match and also 
this is supported by MorphOS while the iMac with a G3 that the previous 
model referred to is not. I don't think it matters for other OSs but if 
you know about one please tell us.
