Did you try out my patch I sent to the list today? It fixes the problems with dir cd:,\ not working. It also fixes boot cd:,\\:tbxi.

Could you take the GSOC patch, and submit it as your own patch? You seem to have the best luck with it. Remember to add this line to the email: submitted-by: Amadeusz Sławiński <amade at asmblr.net>. The original author told me it is ok to use his patches.
