Thanks for the review - patches have now been applied to SVN.

Incidentally, I was wondering now that we have ofmem_map_io() does that 
mean that we can also use this for SPARC64 devices, and if so would it 
solve some of the PCI memory mapping issues that were preventing the 
Linux kernel boot?
